As a Level Java Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, working on a variety of projects that require strong programming skills and the ability to solve complex problems. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Fluency in German is required for this role, as you will collaborate with our German-speaking clients and team members.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Spring Framework and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Work closely with German-speaking clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong knowledge of Java and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM technologies.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
