Client: Software leader

Work arrangement: three times a week in the office (Cracow), full-time

• Analyze system requirements and prioritize development tasks.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code using .NET programming languages.
• Develop technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Test and debug various .NET applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Review, refactor, and improve existing codebases.
• Deploy fully functional applications in a production environment.
• Maintain, upgrade, and optimize existing solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design methodology.
• Advanced skills in .NET/C#; knowledge of F# is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Entity Framework, and understanding of related trade-offs.
• Experience with document-oriented databases.
• Proven experience in building high-availability distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Ability to write code that adheres to internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices.
• Experience with Git, GitFlow, and handling merge requests.
• Solid understanding of public APIs, including REST principles and versioning.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks such as Angular, as well as their interactions with backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of the Azure public cloud environment.
• Good understanding of DevSecOps principles and practices.
• Experience with reliable, message-based systems.
• Commitment to ensuring high unit test coverage.
• Proven track record of effectively working in large teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Methodical and adaptable approach, with a quick learning ability, independence, and strong teamwork skills.
