Czym będziesz się zajmować?

PROJECT INFORMATION:
  • Industry: banking
  • Location: Lodz, Warsaw, Tricity (hybrid - preferred to work once a week from the office)
  • Rate: up to 100 PLN/H net + vat, B2B
  • Project language: English, Polish

We are looking for a People Services Change Management Supporter for the implementation of HR operational/process changes, as well as the HR global transformation project.

YOUR TASKS:
  • Change management initiatives to bring closer the successful implementation of operational/process changes, as well as the ones related to global transformation projects.
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide guidance.
  • Craft key messages, identify target audiences, and select appropriate communication channels to ensure effective and timely dissemination of information.
  • Development of training materials, resources, and guidelines to facilitate the onboarding process and ongoing usage of the change management platform.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on platform features and best practices, while offering ongoing support and assistance.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in guiding individuals and teams through change, addressing resistance, and driving adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, fostering collaboration, trust, and engagement.
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences and effectively convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to develop training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions to enhance communication and change management strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives forward.
  • Proven experience in change management and communications role.
  • Proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project member.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience in conducting training, as well as HR understanding, would be an asset.
