Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Senior IT Analyst in Front Office Application MaintenanceJob Description:
  • Providing level 2 application support for our risk and trading application, working on emails and incidents
  • Taking part in continuously improving our systems by planning and performing releases, analysing and expanding monitoring, as well as coming up with non-functional requirements for the new products
  • Liaising with other infrastructure teams in the bank to resolve issues, cooperating with development teams and various business stakeholders
  • This role is based directly on the trading floor in Copenhagen, so you would often answer direct inquiries from traders
  • The preferred location is Gdansk and Gdynia as this is where the team is based. Lodz and Warsaw are acceptable but would be taken into consideration as a last resort.
  • Expectation reg. office hours: if the consultant is in Gdansk/Gdynia, we expect them to be in the office at least 2-3 times a month (more often in the first weeks of engagement due to training).

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:
  • Experience in L2 application support
  • Knowledge of containers and container orchestration
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools
  • Knowledge of relational databases and Windows/Linux servers
  • Scripting/programming language (e.g. PowerShell, Python)
  • Experience working with a trading or market risk application and basic knowledge of business terminology is a very strong plus
