Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Details:
  • Workplace: Warsaw (hybrid)
  • Start: ASAP
  • Form of cooperation: B2B with ITFS, full-time (6 months)
  • Client: a global company providing professional services in the field of digital technologies, cloud computing and security
  • Rate: 70-100 PLN/h net + VAT
  • Recruitment process: call with ITFS (15 min.) - > 2 interviews with Client -> decision
Tasks:
  • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure comprehensive and integrated activation plans are developed, align with campaign parameters, and channel execution occurs according to plan
  • Advise the campaign owners on campaign strategies based on historical performance data and knowledge
  • Organize and host meetings to ensure alignment across the cross-functional team
  • Collaborate with other relevant market campaign managers to confirm localized campaign plans are being executed according to plan
  • Work with channel leads to provide thorough campaign reporting on campaigns in the market
  • Ensure best practices and brand guidelines are being adhered to
  • Participate in and drive miscellaneous campaign projects as needed

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:
  • Min. 3 years in campaign management and/or cross-channel data-driven marketing execution with demonstrated ability to communicate and behave in a manner that commands trust and authority from external and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Campaign planning, Campaign management, Project management, Digital Strategy, Analytics
  • Ability to lead the workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same
  • Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same.
  • Willingness to participate in meetings outside of regular business hours when/as needed to accommodate other time zones
  • Sensitivity to the cultural variances across different countries
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-channel Marketing campaigns
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Analytics & PowerBI are a plus
