Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Develop and deliver reliable prototypes to evaluate the viability of strategic and tactical analytics concepts consistently.
  • Utilize established methodologies to effectively oversee software development.
  • Create and uphold technical documentation during both prototyping and core development phases.
  • Defend prototypes with evidence-based arguments when faced with challenges.
  • Navigate through abrupt changes in requirements and uncertainty in project scope during exploratory phases.
  • Contribute to the identification and retention of developer talent within the larger team.
  • Work collaboratively with abstract formalisms employed by quantitatively-trained modelers and mathematicians.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Hold an MSc or PhD in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Operational Research, and/or Information Systems (Informatics).
  • Demonstrate 3-5 years of practical experience in constructing and testing applications within a professional setting.
  • Possess substantial and consistent expertise in developing applications using object-oriented programming languages, such as Java, C++, C#, or Python.
  • Showcase proficiency in programming within a mathematical or engineering technical environment, including experience with languages like MATLAB.
  • Have hands-on experience in Agile development, preferably with a background in continuous integration practices.
  • Exhibit familiarity with algorithms designed for the capture and processing of large datasets, such as Map/Reduce
