Validation Test Technician

You’ll join a technical laboratory team supporting automotive projects, focusing on testing, documentation, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards (including IATF16949).

This role combines hands-on technical work with documentation, reporting, and collaboration within engineering teams.

• Execute testing tasks in line with customer requirements and international quality standards (including IATF16949)
• Create detailed and accurate test reports
• Supervise and maintain technical documentation and laboratory equipment
• Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams
• Ensure data confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
• Support additional technical tests and ad hoc tasks when required
• Contribute to maintaining a professional company image and communication standards

• Technical degree in mechanics, electronics, or a related field
• Good command of English
• Ability to work effectively in a project team environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Availability to work on-site / within project requirements

• Experience in the automotive industry or laboratory environment
• Knowledge of German
• Mobility/flexibility (depending on project needs)
