IT Project Manager (Remote)

Location: remote (EU-based)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a large-scale, international project within a regulated, public-sector environment.

The project focuses on the delivery and continuous development of enterprise-grade systems operating in a complex, multi-cloud infrastructure. You will play a key role in overseeing service delivery, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of performance, governance, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with distributed teams, technical stakeholders, and service owners in a structured environment, working according to Agile methodologies.

🧠 Your responsibilities

• manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects (scope, timeline, budget, quality)
• act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders
• coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• monitor and report project performance (SLA / KPI)
• drive continuous service improvement initiatives
• manage service lifecycle and delivery processes
• support governance and escalation processes
• collaborate with technical teams across cloud, security, and infrastructure domains
• participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog alignment with Product Owner

long-term cooperation within a framework agreement

🧩 Must haves

• minimum 6 years of experience in IT project management (software development and/or service delivery)
• valid project management certification (one of: PMP, PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, ACP)
• strong experience managing complex, multi-team IT projects
• experience with stakeholder management and communication
• experience with SLA/KPI monitoring and reporting
• experience with service management and continuous improvement practices
• experience working in multi-cloud environments
• strong vendor management and governance experience
• experience working in Agile environments
• English at B2 level or highe
