Czym będziesz się zajmować?

YOU WILL
  • Support the Programme Manager and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery aligned with scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Monitor RAID and drive escalations through to resolution
  • Manage and oversee delivery governance in line with established change frameworks and standards
  • Track, report, and control delivery budgets and expenditures
  • Monitor benefits realization and OKRs against defined targets
  • Ensure high-quality reporting (status updates, RAID logs, milestones, OKRs) in line with organizational standards
  • Implement delivery standards across projects and perform quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
  • Maintain and update project documentation, processes, and knowledge repositories
  • Support project setup, tracking, and closure; facilitate post-implementation reviews
  • Act as a Change Framework SME, providing guidance, communication, and training on methodology updates
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote agile ways of working and share best practices, lessons learned, and templates
  • Provide guidance on tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Contribute to the Centre of Excellence by identifying gaps and improving consistency
  • Document and cascade governance meetings, minutes, and action items

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE
  • 5–8+ years of experience in a PMO role
  • Experience in data-related projects (e.g., data quality, data remediation)
  • Proven track record in project delivery across cross-functional and global teams
  • Ability to analyze data and propose solutions to project challenges
  • Experience in change initiatives, preferably within financial services
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence (Clarity is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery standards
  • Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT in a global matrix organization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Experience in process improvement at programme or portfolio level
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
