You will join a global team responsible for managing vendor onboarding and third-party risk processes. The role focuses on ensuring that new vendors are properly introduced into internal systems, meet compliance requirements, and go through structured risk assessment in line with the organization’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. You will collaborate closely with sourcing, risk, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding.

• Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding lifecycle (from request to activation)
• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate vendor data in internal systems
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Business, Sourcing, Risk, Legal, Compliance)
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of all steps
• Perform and document risk assessments in line with TPRM framework
• Work with SMEs (e.g. InfoSec, Privacy, AML) to gather required risk inputs
• Ensure all documentation meets internal policies and audit requirements
• Identify delays, risks, and escalate issues when needed
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding and risk processes

• 6+ years of experience in vendor onboarding, procurement operations, or third-party risk management
• Understanding of risk assessment principles (preferably in regulated environments)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Experience working with enterprise systems / workflow tools
• Experience with TPRM frameworks or programs
• Background in financial services or regulated industries
• Knowledge of vendor risk, outsourcing, or operational risk regulations
• Familiarity with vendor management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination experience
• Fluent English and Polish
