Work in a hybrid model with a minimum office presence of two days per week.

• Ensure QA activities are performed efficiently and documented in accordance with current quality standards.
• Analyze requirements and design appropriate test scenarios and test cases.
• Plan, execute, and monitor different types of tests throughout the development lifecycle.
• Identify, report, and track defects, including validation of fixes.
• Evaluate test outcomes and recommend next steps or corrective actions.
• Identify test cases suitable for automation after successful manual verification.
• Collaborate closely with the Scrum team to maintain a high level of product quality and delivery standards.

Candidate Requirements

• ISTQB certification.
• Ability to lead and support QA activities across the delivery team.
• Strong attention to detail, quality orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, ideally within Agile teams.
• Hands-on experience testing complex software systems, including mobile applications and modern web/mobile user interfaces.
• Practical experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., qTest or similar solutions).
• Working experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Experience working with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
