Czym będziesz się zajmować?

YOU WILL
  • Work closely with Business, Murex, IT Development, and Support teams to prioritise business and technical requirements.
  • Gather and analyse requirements, translating them into effective technical design solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality enhancements and system developments within demanding project timelines.
  • Ensure consistent system architecture and business processes across multiple locations.
  • Provide technical advice and support to other members of the XFOS IT team.
  • Cooperate with the Murex vendor on resolving core system issues and bug fixes.
  • Support end users and ensure smooth operation of the system in production environments.

Kogo poszukujemy?

MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience working in the financial services/finance domain.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Murex v3.1 (ideally 3.1.56).
  • Good knowledge of Murex modules and components, including:
    • MxML workflows (e.g., pre-trade)
    • GOM (e.g., Multi-entity, STP rights)
    • Market Data feeds (MDRS, MDCS)
    • Rate Curve configuration and assignments
    • Datamart and reporting
    • Murex table structure
    • CTT
    • Simulation Views
  • Experience with Sybase SQL.
  • Linux environment knowledge, including Bash / KSH scripting.
  • Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience in Markets Treasury, or Balance Sheet management environments.
  • Experience working with distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
  • Understanding of the trade lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of financial derivatives, treasury products, trading, and front office operations.
  • Understanding of the roles and interactions between Front Office, Product Control, Operations, and Finance.
  • Basic knowledge of Java and Git.
  • Experience with Excel / VBA.
