Location: Warsaw or Remote (Poland)

Role summary: Own product strategy and roadmap for Insurance Products. Balance growth, risk, compliance and customer experience. Lead end-to-end execution for pricing, coverages, discounts, eligibility and business rules. Drive compliance initiatives and improve delivery through better tools, processes and automation.

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead execution of product changes and monitor post-launch performance.
• Turn insights into clear PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional compliance and regulatory projects.
• Establish operating rhythm: prioritization, launch readiness, training and communications.
• Define KPIs, measure impact and iterate based on data.
• Present outcomes and trade-offs to leadership with data-driven narratives.

Must have:

• 3+ years of product management ownership, including backlog ownership and leading delivery with a team of ~4+ engineers.
• Proven experience delivering user-focused, high-impact solutions in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable with SQL, BI tools, dashboards and spreadsheets.
• Strong stakeholder management, clear communicator and data-driven decision maker.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution: testing hypotheses, measuring results and iterating.
• English fluency (C1) and availability in the afternoons for US collaboration.

Nice to have: startup/scale-up experience, insurance/financial services background, experience with customer engagement tools (Customer.io, Braze).
