About the role
- Build the next-generation quoting platform powering pre-bind experience for internal and external partners.
- Design & implement backends, APIs and integrations with reliable databases for real-time decisioning.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to deliver high-impact, long-term solutions.
- Shape architecture and ensure maintainability, security and high quality of the platform.

Profile
- Senior back-end engineer with strong hands-on experience in TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js.
- Practical knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar).
- Experienced with microservices, system design and API development.
- Product-minded, ownership-driven, with good communication in English and Polish and readiness to collaborate across time zones.
