Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You will:
  • Partner with regional and global Strategy and Product Development leads to shape the ETD house/client execution offering and Exchange Operating Model.
  • Collaborate with front-to-back process owners to ensure functional sponsorship and readiness to support product and functionality releases.
  • Drive the end-to-end IT development schedule, ensuring alignment and workable functional solutions.
  • Document, track, and report weekly on upgrades, regulatory changes, algorithm implementations, and product releases
  • Lead Operating Model design for functional and product releases, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities across impacted areas
  • Ensure processes are properly documented and controlled to meet regulatory compliance requirements.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in Product / Business Analysis roles within financial services
  • Strong business analysis and requirements management skills
  • Proven experience managing IT deliveries as a project lead
  • Deep knowledge of ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives – Listed Futures & Options) in an investment banking environment
  • Experience with ETD execution and algo trading (sell-side bank)
  • Strong understanding of the ETD trade lifecycle
  • Experience with industry ETD IT systems (e.g., TT, UL, etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience developing Operating Models
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent project planning and coordination skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
  • Experience representing organizations at industry or vendor forums
  • Exposure to regulatory-driven change initiatives
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments
  • Strong independent thinking and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations
