Czym będziesz się zajmować?
You will- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered
- Analyze business processes, datasets, and systems to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Lead or support the development of automated data lineage solutions to improve visibility, governance, and traceability across data pipelines
- Apply generative AI and advanced analytics methods to automate workflows and enhance decision-making
- Gather, validate, and document business and data requirements for new initiatives and enhancements
- Translate technical designs and analytical outputs into clear, business-friendly insights
- Investigate data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions with technical teams
- Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must have:- 5–10 years of experience in Data / Business Analysis roles
- Strong ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
- Experience in data analysis, business process analysis, and requirement gathering
- Knowledge of data lineage concepts, governance, and traceability
- Experience with data quality analysis and root cause investigation
- Experience building dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights
- Exposure to generative AI or advanced analytics methods
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working in large corporate / enterprise environments
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks
- Experience supporting data transformation or automation initiatives
- Knowledge of modern BI or data visualization tools
