Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project:
  • length: ~ 6 months
  • full-time,
  • hybrid (50% from the office in Warsaw)
Responsibilities:
  • posting jobs on external and internal job boards;
  • scheduling meetings with candidates;
  • reviewing CV;
  • support in preparation of dashboards;
  • support in internal projects (EB, candidate experience);
  • phone screenings;
  • support in ongoing recruitment processes.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:
  • bachelor’s degree.
  • experience in IT recruitment
  • English and Polish skills.
  • Excel
Nice to have:
  • ATS familiarity;
  • AI adoption.
