As a Data Engineer, you’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment where your ideas matter. You’ll design and maintain scalable data pipelines, supporting data-driven decisions while collaborating with Data Scientists, Architects, and Engineers to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.

This position is available exclusively to candidates from Poland. Remote work is possible, but candidates are expected to be willing to make occasional office visits, such as for client visits, team-building events, company events, or other important in-person meetings.

• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines
• Handle structured/unstructured data
• Implement data quality, validation, monitoring
• Build cloud-native data platforms
• Secure and maintain data storage
• Deploy ML models to production

Must have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• At least one year of experience working with Snowflake
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes
• Solid programming skills in Python
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database optimization
• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines using modern orchestration tools
• Ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently
• Understanding best practices for data security and governance
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are important
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
