Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Join our team as Network Engineer to support a key F5 load balancing estate migration. You’ll work closely with experienced network engineers and software developers, helping to automate operational processes and ensure smooth delivery of infrastructure and service migrations. This project blends hands-on software engineering with strong networking knowledge, focusing on load balancing and practical problem-solving. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders, technical experts, colleagues and customers across the organisation, making this a highly visible and impactful role.

What you will do:
  • Design and implement infrastructure and service migrations from the old to the new platform
  • Build automation solutions for the new platform and modify existing code for compatibility
  • Create deployment pipelines using approved technologies and adhere to API/configuration standards
  • Collaborate with service owners to schedule migration activities and follow strict change control processes
  • Support operational processes for F5 load balancers and ensure compliance with security and governance standards
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and work closely with a distributed global team

  • Client: lead international bank
  • Recruitment process: 2 meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter
  • Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw
Skills
  • Solid technical knowledge of Python, API development and code testing and review
  • Good knowledge of F5 load balancers and networking concepts (BGP, Routing, TCP/IP, Certificates/PKI, VMware, KVM)
  • Hands on experience with automation languages, platforms and tools (Bash, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible)
