Czym będziesz się zajmować?
We are looking for a Service Operations Network Engineer (NOC) to join our global team, supporting network and Call Centre infrastructure across 55 countries. In this role, you will take an active part in handling service-impacting incidents, supporting platform engineers, coordinating incident calls and driving service restoration. You will be responsible for clear communication and incident governance, while also contributing to service and process improvements using data and operational insights. This role gives you real exposure to large-scale infrastructure and a direct impact on service stability across the business.
What you will do:- Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution
- Operate and maintain Telecoms infrastructure and its key components in day to day operations
- Working as part of a global NOC team
- Raising vendor tickets and facilitate the recovery without impacting service
- Work with incident managers and other teams & provide required inputs regarding Data Centre incidents
- Work within global diverse team of engineers and vendors to provide support on a follow the Sun basis, willing to work shifts and weekends
- Recovery of IT systems and support services, drive down infrastructure service outages and repeat failures

- Client: lead international bank
- Recruitment process: 2 meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter
- Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow
- Good understanding of enterprise network architectures (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN) and how large-scale networks operate
- Working knowledge of core networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, DNS and DHCP
- Experience with telecoms and connectivity services, including voice and call centre environments
- Familiarity with NOC monitoring tools, incident handling and working with external service providers
- Understanding of incident and problem management processes, ideally based on ITIL frameworks
- Ability to analyse incidents and recurring failures to improve service stability over time
- Willingness to work in a global, shift-based follow the sun support model
