• Leading end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent software projects (fixed-price), ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. 
• Working closely with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define clear business priorities, actively support account development strategies, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes. 
• Developing and maintaining detailed delivery roadmaps, milestone plans, and resource allocation strategies. 
• Acting as the primary client-facing leader, managing stakeholder expectations, facilitating strategic alignment, and ensuring transparency and efficiency. 
• Tracking and improving delivery predictability, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changing requests. 
• Overseeing contractual commitments (SOWs, MSAs) together with the commercial department, ensuring compliance and effective negotiation of key terms. 
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices in Agile, hybrid, and scaled frameworks across the company. 
• Supporting and guiding professional team growth through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. 
• Supporting pre-sales by contributing to RFP/RFI responses, estimations, and tailored delivery proposals. 

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager in IT outsourcing or software development for 5+ years. 
• Proven expertise in managing both fixed-price projects. 
• Strong technical background (knowledge of best practices inenterprise architecture, system design, deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps & CI/CD practices, API integration, or data-driven solutions). 
• Experience in building and improving delivery processes andproject(s) governance framework. 
• Solid knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid project management methodologies. 
• Experience with risk management, budgeting, profitability management, and working with multiple high-level stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortablewith both technical and business audiences, including executive-level clients. 
• Confident user of Jira and the Atlassian suite. 
• Ability to work independently, suggest creative solutions, andmanage competing priorities. 
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
