We’re partnering with a San Francisco-based company that uses AI to enhance application security.

We're looking for a Backend Developer to join us at the cutting edge of LLMs and software security. You’ll play a key role in co-leading implementation efforts, shaping both our product and technical foundation.

• Own and evolve the codebase, from development to deployment, observability, and security.
• Build systems that interpret task descriptions and design docs (Jira, Confluence, Docs).
• Use LLMs to detect insecure code patterns and deviations from best practices.
• Create and maintain APIs powering the UI and internal services.
• Build secure connections with Atlassian, Google Workspace, GitHub, and support enterprise auth.
• Ensure low-latency, high-availability systems for enterprise-level users.
• Use IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile workflows (Kanban).

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 8+ years of experience with Python
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
• Experience working with automated CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Intermediate - Upper intermediate level of English 

• Experience with FastAPI, Asyncio, or AnyIO
• Terraform experience
• Familiarity with AWS Serverless solutions (ECS, Lambda)
