Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You will
  • Design, develop, and deliver a GCP-hosted, microservice-based survey and insights platform measuring internal customer sentiment.
  • Build and evolve cloud-native services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery) following repeatable and compliant delivery standards.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, product owners, and senior stakeholders to shape product direction and maximize business value.
  • Establish automated, reliable digital environments, ensuring consistent code and data quality.
  • Create and maintain technical test plans (unit, integration, functional) within automated test environments.
  • Work with Ops, Dev, and Test teams to proactively identify and resolve performance, stability, alerting, and operational issues across the delivery lifecycle.
  • Own and continuously improve CI/CD automation pipelines supporting secure and efficient releases.
  • Ensure all solutions comply with governance, risk, and control frameworks.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have
  • 12+ years of engineering experience, including senior-level ownership of data, cloud, or platform solutions
  • Strong hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices on Google Cloud Platform, including: Cloud Run, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD automation, cloud architecture best practices, and cost-efficient, scalable system design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical and business problems into effective solutions
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and presenting insights to leadership audiences
  • Fluent English (business and technical level)
Nice to have
  • Experience with customer insights, survey platforms, or analytics tooling
  • Background in data governance, reporting platforms, or executive dashboards
  • Exposure to financial services or regulated enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of automation testing strategies in cloud-native systems
