Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You will
  • Design and implement the test strategy across the unit, API, integration, contract, and E2E layers.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks (Playwright for new React, Selenium for legacy, API harnesses)
  • Integrate tests into CI/CD (PR checks, nightly, pre-release, post-deploy) with parallel/sharded execution.
  • Validate ETL and reporting flows, own data verification, and test data strategy.
  • Stabilize legacy suites (Selenium) and drive migration to Playwright
  • Lead root cause analysis, flake management, and reliability improvements
  • Mentor QA and developers on testability, assertions, and best practices
  • Publish quality metrics and test artifacts (reports, trends) for stakeholders

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have:
  • 5+ years in QA / Test Automation with hands-on framework development
  • Strong Playwright or Selenium expertise and test architecture experience
  • Solid API testing skills (Postman/Newman, REST Assured, k6)
  • Good coding skills in TypeScript or C# and scripting (PowerShell/Bash)
  • Experience integrating automation into Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions CI/CD
  • Practical SQL (MSSQL): diagnostic queries, test data setup, validation, basic query plan analysis
  • Experience with ETL and reporting tools: SSIS (package verification, ETL flow testing) and SSRS (report verification, automation)
  • Testability, observability, and debugging skills (logs, App Insights integration)
  • English B2 for technical communication and documentation.
Nice to have:
  • Power BI report testing and model validation (DAX familiarity)
  • Experience with Databricks / Spark for testing data pipelines
  • Pact/contract testing and OpenAPI validation experience
  • k6 / JMeter for basic performance baselines
  • Infrastructure as code awareness (Terraform / Bicep) for ephemeral test environments
  • ISTQB Advanced or cloud/test automation certifications
  • Desktop test experience: WinAppDriver / WPF automation smoke.
