Czym będziesz się zajmować?

You’ll work in the Third Party Resilience Programme, turning real incidents, business processes, supplier behaviours, and control gaps into a clear resilience architecture aligned with PRA SS1/21, DORA and IBS mapping.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyse real incidents and map them through processes, activities and supplier responsibilities
  • Identify root causes and convert them into capability questions
  • Build “what-if” control scenarios to expose resilience gaps early
  • Keep all questions consistent with the Capability Question Template (CQT)
  • Link IBS → business processes → business activities → supplier activities → controls → incidents
  • Maintain the resilience architecture showing how key suppliers support critical journeys
  • Work with Enterprise Architecture and Service Management to keep mappings accurate across markets
  • Define the expected state of supplier resilience (controls, recoverability, prevention, response)
  • Provide architectural input into remediation actions
  • Set principles for supplier dependency, impact tolerances, control ownership and shared services
  • Work with BI teams to shape dashboards
  • Define metadata standards for capability questions and incidents to support a consistent BRU data model

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Client: lead international bank
  • Recruitment process: 2 meetings with hiring managers, followed by a phone screen with our recruiter
  • Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow
Skills:
  • Experience in business architecture, operational resilience, or complex process modelling.
  • Strong background in the banking environment, ideally 3 - 4 years, with broad understanding of products such as payments, trading platforms, market data, investment banking or similar areas.
  • Knowledge of European or UK regulations linked to operational resilience.
  • Ability to translate technical incidents into simple business stories and testable control questions.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and supplier integration.
  • Skilled in root cause and thematic analysis, plus control framework design.
  • Solid analytical mindset and understanding of how business processes are structured.
  • Ability to collaborate confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication for regulator-ready documentation.
