Looking for a role where your data skills meet project management? Join a dynamic, global team supporting a $250M+ change program. You’ll help senior leaders and program managers make smarter decisions by providing accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on the project portfolio.

What you’ll do:
  • Design, build, and manage reporting solutions using large datasets
  • Use Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, complex formulas) to deliver weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track project portfolio performance
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support tools like Clarity PPM and SharePoint for project management and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with reporting cycles and quality check all data and dashboards
  • Assist with resource management, financial tracking and project planning as needed

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, dashboards
  • Experience in PMO/Project Management environment, understanding frameworks like Agile/Waterfall
  • Experience with Clarity PPM or similar project management tools
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present it clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable working fast-paced, delivering accurate insights on tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Self-starter who can work independently but also collaborate within a small team
  • Curious mindset – constantly improving processes and simplifying ways of working
