We’re hiring an Automation Tester to strengthen quality across a large, multi-team insurance environment. You’ll work closely with a Scrum team to translate requirements into reliable automated tests, validate APIs, and help ensure consistent delivery across a complex program involving many parallel teams.

• Design and implement automated tests based on requirements, using Java, Selenium, and the EIS Testing Framework.
• Execute and expand API testing coverage to support backend validation and integration confidence.
• Collaborate daily within a Scrum team (planning, refinement, reviews), aligning testing with delivery goals.
• Contribute to quality standards and coordination in a large-scale program (10+ teams), ensuring test assets are reusable and maintainable.
• Communicate effectively in English across distributed stakeholders.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in test automation.
• Proven ability to create automated tests from requirements using Java and Selenium (experience with an enterprise testing framework is a plus).
• Hands-on API testing experience (designing, executing, and maintaining API tests).
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Experience in large delivery programs involving 10+ teams (or similarly complex scale).
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

• Familiarity with EIS Insurance Suite (v12 or v20).
• Prior experience with the EIS Testing Framework.
• Experience in the UK insurance domain.
