Your tasks

Shape IT communications at a global scale

  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive IT communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish guidelines and standards that support consistent communication across IT projects and change initiatives.

Create high-impact content that inspires and informs

  • Write and distribute internal articles, newsletters, video content, and campaign materials.
  • Prepare compelling content for SharePoint (internal intranet), MS Viva Engage, and other digital platforms.

Own and enhance the internal IT intranet

  • Take responsibility for the company’s internal IT intranet (SharePoint), overseeing content creation, updates, user enablement, and continuous platform development.
  • Support and train stakeholders on effective use of the intranet to improve communication and user engagement.

Build a vibrant, connected IT community

  • Define best practices for managing IT communities and coach community leaders.
  • Support and co-run global IT events such as town halls, showcases, and engagement initiatives.

Enhance digital communication platforms & capabilities

  • Coach stakeholders on digital communication tools: SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Viva Engage, MS Copilot, MS Forms.
  • Create learning formats: guides, tutorials, demo videos, workshops.

What you bring with you
  • Excellent English skills — both written and spoken — with the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally.
  • Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills — with the ability to turn complex IT topics into clear, engaging messages.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications, ideally within global IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially:
    • SharePoint (intranet ownership, content management, stakeholder support)
    • PowerPoint (executive-level presentations)
    • MS Teams & Viva Engage (community management and communication)
    • MS Copilot (advocacy and coaching)
    • MS Forms (surveys & analytics)
  • Experience with content and multimedia creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) — a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work, plan communication calendars, and deliver high-quality content independently.
  • Understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and digital workplace trends.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing engagement metrics and survey insights.
