You will design, implement, and scale backend services that support AI agents and high-load products. This includes building APIs, microservices, and event-driven components capable of handling large volumes of real-time data. You will create and maintain data models, pipelines, and storage solutions using both relational and NoSQL databases.

Your role involves optimizing system performance, ensuring reliability under heavy traffic, and maintaining high engineering standards. You will collaborate closely with ML engineers to bring AI models into production and enable full end-to-end agent functionality. Additionally, you will set up CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and follow best practices in security, observability, and code quality. You may also mentor junior engineers and influence the technical culture of the team.

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Python
• Strong knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on work with message queues (e.g., Kafka)
• Proficiency with REST or gRPC APIs and async processing
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to have: experience with AI/LLM integrations, agent frameworks, high-load systems, cloud platforms, or early-stage startup environments.
