  •  Support for various file formats (PDF, DOCX, images, common media file formats etc.).  
  • Automatic and manual indexing capabilities.  
  • Customisable metadata fields for easy categorisation and retrieval.  
  • Secure and scalable storage solutions.  
  • Fast and efficient search functionality, including full-text search.    
  • Features for checking documents in and out.  
  • User authentication and role-based access control.  
  • Access need for Enterprise Ireland staff and external users .e.g. Clients  
  • Encryption of documents and secure access protocols  
  • Integration with Microsoft Purview to implement access security models rules    
  • Features for document sharing and collaboration among users. 
  • Tools for automating document-related processes (e.g., approvals, reviews).  
  • Customisable workflows to fit Enterprise Ireland needs.
  • Features to ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR).  
  • Audit trails to track document access and modifications.  
  • Tools for generating reports on document usage and workflow efficiency.  
  • Analytics to assess system performance and user engagement.    

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Support for various file formats (PDF, DOCX, images, common media file formats etc.). 
  • Ability to integrate with other software systems in-house and SaaS (e.g., CRM).  
  • Ensure document/library storage structure is in line with commons Saas CRM platforms (Dynamics/Salesforce)  
  • APIs for custom integrations (e.g. moving documents from SaaS CRM to SharePoint Online and potentially vice-versa, full text search, version control and rollback).    
  • Ability to track document versions and maintain a history of changes.  
  • Ability to rollback to previous versions.
  • Ability to implement Data Loss Prevention policies and apply and automate document sensitivity labelling.  
  • Ability to disallow “Request Access” functionality.
