We are seeking an AI Engineer in Europe (Remote) to lead the use of LLMs and ML for automating software security reasoning. You will shape the product, technical strategy, and team culture, requiring strong judgment, creativity, and adaptability in an innovative environment.

• Analyze architectures and code to uncover risks and define security requirements.
• Convert natural-language specs into clear, actionable security recommendations.
• Ensure code changes match approved security designs.
• Integrate with developer tools to capture and process project data.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for security-focused use cases.
• Build systems that scale to massive codebases and extensive documentation.
• Apply modern engineering practices, including Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Engineer and in AI/ML, ideally with LLMs or autonomous agents.
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Experience with Git, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with security tools (Semgrep, CodeQL, Snyk).
• Knowledge of API integrations, SaaS, and developer tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub).
• Background in graph reasoning, semantic analysis, or symbolic AI.
• Familiarity with AppSec, threat modeling, or regulated industries like fintech or healthtech.
