• Designing and delivering high-quality mobile apps that meet business and technical requirements.
• Working in an agile, cross-functional team and quickly adopting new technologies.
• Writing efficient, maintainable code and ensuring quality through unit tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Reviewing and improving code, design, and architecture with focus on simplicity and performance.
• Managing technical debt, setting quality benchmarks, and driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting releases, automation, and documentation.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, providing clear communication and technical guidance.

• Senior-level experience in mobile engineering (as individual contributor or tech lead)
• Expert in Android development with Java & Kotlin
• Strong background in Android Studio, SDK, Jetpack and architecture components
• Proven track record in building and scaling Android apps
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, networking, dependency injection (Dagger/Hilt)
• Strong grasp of UI/UX for Android (Material Design, custom views)
• Familiarity with RxJava, Coroutines, Room/SQLite
• Experience in testing (unit/UI), CI/CD, Git
• Knowledge of security standards (OWASP), performance optimization, Play Store process

• Mastery of Android SDK, versions, screen sizes
• Skilled in custom views, animations, async/background processing
• Experience with location, maps, push notifications (FCM), third-party APIs
• Proficiency in offline storage, data sync, Gradle, architecture patterns (MVVM/Clean)
• Familiarity with NDK (C/C++), permissions mode, and accessibility features
