Czym będziesz się zajmować?

The IT Service Owner is responsible for the ongoing supply and support of the IT services owned and provide a single point of contact for that services in line with standard IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Lifecycle phases, namely Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement.

What will you do?
  • Accountable for maintaining effective control of the end to end application and service (which includes Dev; UAT; Production and Contingency)
  • Successful operation and continuous improvement of services
  • Adhering to governance processes and ensuring compliance with all FIM requirements, IT Controls & processes
  • Pro-active planning of service requirements (e.g. evergreening, capacity upgrades) and regularly communicating the benefits and performance of the services to the Business
  • Be a contact or escalation point when tasks for assigned services are requested by stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within your Function such as other Services Owners, Team Members, Risk & Control Officers, Infrastructure Leads, vendor, SSP Leads and CCO Tech colleagues, and within Group such as Cyber Security

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills:
  • At least 5 years’ experience working in either IT Service Management or Infrastructure / Software support
  • Very good knowledge of ITIL methodologies mostly in the area of SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security Management, Change, Incident & Problem management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders and colleagues from other teams
  • Team player and adaptable to change
  • Good knowledge of IT technologies, their components and their operational environments
  • Strong communication skills in English is a must
Nice to have:
  • ITIL v4, Project Management (PRINCE2/ PMP), Network or any IT related certificate
  • Good knowledge of Windows, Linux or Database such as Oracle
