You’ll be part of a small, specialist team focused on building a consistent approach to how we work with our suppliers across the globe. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, data, processes and strategy.

You'll help shape a standard supplier management framework, roll out improvement initiatives, and bring measurable value through better supplier performance, risk control and cost visibility.

What you will do
  • Lead the rollout of a global Supplier Management framework, ensuring consistency and measurable value across teams
  • Monitor supplier performance, SLAs, and support resolution of disputes and escalations
  • Use data and insights to improve visibility, drive control, and track ROI of supplier-related initiatives
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to enhance collaboration and cost efficiency
  • Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and governance frameworks, keeping documentation audit-ready
  • Promote best practices, support global supplier interactions, and continuously improve supplier management processes

Skills:
  • Strong experience in supplier management, contract oversight, and commercial decision-making
  • Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams
  • Great with data analysis, drawing insights and turning them into action
  • Confident in stakeholder management and building long-term business relationships
  • Awareness of budgeting and cost control across the supplier lifecycle
  • Experience with change management and leading frameworks or system rollouts
  • Negotiation skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience using Coupa, Archer – nice to have
  • CIPS certification or similar – nice to have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
