Project Description:

 We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Developer (m/f/d) to lead AI-powered feature development for a Customer Care platform, driving innovation and quality across machine learning and NLP initiatives.

Key Skills:
  • AI and Machine Learning expertise
  • Strong Python and NLP framework proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Services)
  • Solid knowledge of Azure cloud architectures and microservices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
  • Leadership skills with the ability to communicate and implement technical vision effectively
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
Must-Have Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
  • Several years’ experience in AI/ML development, ideally in Customer Care solutions
  • Proven leadership experience in technical projects
Language Requirements:
  • English: B2 or higher
  • German: Advantageous
