• Ensure products and services align with architecture, data models and customer needs

• 8 years’ experience in data engineering/architecture and 5 years in data modelling
• Knowledge of the banking industry
• Expertise in data architecture: data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical), transactional vs analytical DB design, ETLs, and non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, archiving, backup)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data warehousing using Kimball and Inmon methodologies
• Solid background in Big Data technologies: Python/Scala, Spark, Hive optimization, HDFS file formats (Avro, Parquet, ORC, JSON)
• Familiarity with public cloud platforms including data processing, DevOps, and data modelling (relational, dimensional)
• Data warehousing technologies: Oracle, Teradata and DB2
• Knowledge of AI/ML practices, including MLOps and GenAI (e.g. OpenAI, Llama, Vertex AI)
• Exposure to microservices architecture: API, messaging, Kubernetes-hosted solutions
• Experience in metadata management techniques
• Knowledge of BI tools
• Familiarity with design tools such as Enterprise Architect, Archimate, UML, and IDA
