Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Work with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to understand the business processes and requirements for AI solution.
  • Document and formalize the business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
  • Identify requirements and its specifications that accurately reflect the business needs and support the underlying processes.
  • Collaborate with software developers and architects to ensure that the architecture and software designs align with the business requirements and goals.
  • Ensure that the requirements are adequately documented, validated, and communicated across the project team and stakeholders.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • At least [5] years of experience in IT Business Analyst role in software delivery
  • Experience in capturing, analysing and documenting functional & non-functional requirements
  • Experience in prototyping or rapid application development or iterative development
  • Proficiency in exploring and understanding requirements and data in order to deduce, propose or enhance business processes, with an ability to effectively link data insights to relevant business and functional requirements.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, like Scrum or Kanban to manage projects activities. Preferably in conjunction with Familiarity with the related concepts and processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, user stories, acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ideally, You would also have:
  • Knowledge of Microservices architecture
  • Experience and understanding of AI based solutions
  • Experience on collaborative approach with developers and product owners to design and implement new services
  • Familiarity with banking and Financial services industry-specific processes
