Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Collaborate within a cross-functional team of 4–6 people in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and deliver working software incrementally.
  • Own the full software lifecycle from development to production support.
  • Participate in incident resolution and maintain high system reliability.
  • Proactively identify and manage technical debt; balance delivery of new functionality with system maintainability.
  • Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that align with HSBC’s technology architecture and security standards.
  • Pair program and perform peer reviews to foster knowledge sharing and maintain high code quality.
  • Work closely with other engineering teams across global locations to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Proven experience developing in multiple programming languages; expert-level knowledge in at least one (preferably Java or JavaScript, both client and server side).
  • Strong experience with Unix/Linux systems.
  • Proficient in designing and consuming HTTP APIs (e.g., RESTful APIs).
  • Solid understanding of databases from a user perspective; familiarity with relational database setup and configuration.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and cloud-native application development.
  • Knowledge or interest in cybersecurity and vulnerability management.
