Godel is a leading, next-generation technology partner that combines its unique agile delivery approach with some of the most exceptional software engineering talent in Europe. By joining Godel, you will become part of the Language Development and Intercultural Communication Division — a supportive and collaborative team of passionate educators who genuinely enjoy sharing knowledge and exchanging ideas. We are currently looking to hire two English Teachers to join our team. Please note that one of the roles requires on-site work in Wrocław, while the second position may offer more flexibility (online classes). Please note: we are currently considering applications only from candidates residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring learners make measurable progress by preparing well-structured, challenging classes with clear objectives focused on language skills development
  • Encouraging a variety of interaction patterns within the group
  • Adapting lesson content to meet students’ needs and fostering positive group dynamics
  • Tailoring language classes to the specific needs of Godel employees
  • Using innovative teaching strategies, including ICT tools and digital game-based learning, to enhance engagement and learning outcomes

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements
  • A university degree in Teaching English
  • C1 / C2 level of English
  • At least two years of teaching experience
  • A strong understanding of the communicative approach and related teaching techniques
  • Confidence in working with students of different proficiency levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to contribute to high-quality teaching standards and learn new practices
  • A collaborative mindset and creative thinking skills
