We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team to play a central role in coordinating all activities related to the team growth of CTO Infrastructure in Poland. You will act as a key support to the Head of Department and Hiring Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of recruitment projects and onboarding processes. This involves liaison with multiple parties - from internal stakeholders like Hiring Managers, Workforce Management Team, HR, through external partners like recruitment vendors

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process, which involves collating all necessary items to kick start the process, managing requisitions in internal systems, issuing offers, and acting as a key point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR, Business Managers, and vendors.
• Manage daily operations with recruitment vendors to ensure clarity on role demand status, requirements, and budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and host a welcome meeting for new joiners.
• Provide general assistance to the Head of Department and create reports like recruitment status, mandatory training completion, office attendance, etc.
• Support People Managers with team administration tasks and contract extensions.
• Act as a consultant to Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies and internal processes.
