Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Perform compliance testing and monitoring activities related to financial crime risk management across different business units.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes designed to manage compliance and regulatory risks.
  • Analyze root causes of identified issues and provide recommendations regarding risk management practices.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation of testing activities, including workpapers and formal reports aligned with internal methodologies.
  • Validate findings and observations with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of results.
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating the Annual Compliance Testing & Monitoring Plan while supporting quality assurance activities.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Previous experience participating in or independently performing compliance testing, compliance monitoring, or internal audit activities.
  • Good understanding of financial crime prevention frameworks, including AML and anti-terrorist financing practices.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks, internal control environments, and governance processes.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work effectively in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including regular presence in the office as required by the team.
