Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences aligned with user needs and cognitive principles
  • Create wireframes, interaction concepts, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research activities, translate insights into product concepts, and validate solutions through usability testing
  • Ensure usability, accessibility, and visual consistency across digital products and design systems
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape scalable and competitive fintech solutions
  • Analyze research findings and performance data to recommend optimized design improvements

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Experience in Product Design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, research, and high-quality UI execution
  • Solid experience in user research methodologies and full design lifecycle ownership
  • Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Experience working with and evolving Design Systems
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to present design decisions to stakeholders
  • Willingness to work fully on-site in Warsaw (5 days per week)
