Project

The project focuses on the design, development, and evolution of a reusable embedded software architecture for automotive systems. The software platform will be used across multiple vehicle programs and customers, requiring high scalability, safety compliance, and long-term maintainability.

You will
  • Lead software architecture planning, design, and implementation for embedded automotive systems
  • Develop and execute software architecture and verification plans
  • Drive and conduct code and architecture reviews
  • Mentor and technically guide development team members
  • Analyze customer, system, and safety requirements to derive software architecture requirements
  • Design, document, and implement reusable software architecture used across multiple projects
  • Ensure requirements traceability using tools such as Polarion and Enterprise Architect
  • Develop performance optimization concepts and ensure compliance with Automotive SPICE
  • Interface directly with automotive OEMs, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Support customer issue resolution and participate in Proof of Concept and quotation activities

Kogo poszukujemy?

Must have
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience in software product development, including object-oriented analysis and design
  • Proven experience as a Software Architect in defining and implementing software architecture
  • Strong experience developing scalable, multi-threaded embedded software
  • Hands-on experience with embedded microcontrollers and common peripherals
  • Experience with RTOS / Operating Systems used in automotive (Linux, QNX, OSEK)
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Git)
  • Proficiency with UML modeling tools (Enterprise Architect)
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Experience working with distributed, international teams
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English and Polish
Nice to have
  • Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and its impact on software development
  • Familiarity with MISRA standards and static analysis tools
  • Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet)
  • Experience with ASPICE / SPICE maturity models
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR architecture
  • Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion)
