Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Plan and manage tasks and projects within the IT operations and support team.
- Oversee Service Desk requests with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Ensure stability, continuity, and security of IT systems, including incident and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement technology solutions supporting business needs.
- Supervise vendors and technology partners, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines, and resolve operational challenges.
- Contribute to management reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
Kogo poszukujemy?
- Proven experience leading IT or operations teams and managing projects.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience with IT service processes, performance metrics (SLA/KPI), and incident/problem management.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT tools, infrastructure, and IT service management frameworks (oversight role, not hands-on engineering).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work from the office at least 2 days per week (hybrid model)
