We’re looking for a hybrid Product Owner / Project Manager - someone who understands clients, defines requirements clearly, and can translate business needs into structured, deliverable tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with both the tech team and sales department to scope projects, prepare offers, and make sure delivery runs smoothly from start to finish. Previous technical experience as a developer is a huge advantage!

• Gather and analyze client requirements, define clear user stories and AC
• Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and support estimations
• Manage priorities, backlog, and timelines using Jira
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal teams
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
• Implementing and standardizing project management best practices across the entire department
• Proactively preventing and managing crises, including timely issue escalation, developing recovery plans, and preparing decision-ready options
• Providing regular reports and recommendations on the status of the project portfolio
• Initiating changes and improvements within the delivery area

• 2+ years of experience as a PO/PM hybrid role
• Experience in software houses (must-have)
• Proven client-facing delivery ownership (requirements -> release)
• Strong requirements engineering: workshops, translating needs into US + AC and documentation
• Ability to drive scope: negotiate trade-offs, manage change requests, protect timelines/budgets
• Risk management & escalations: early warning, escalation paths, recovery plans, stakeholder alignment
• Ability to prepare decision-ready options for management (recommendation + alternatives + impact on scope/time/cost/risk)
• Excellent communication: status reporting, expectation management, conflict handling with clients
• Hands-on Jira: backlog, workflow, reporting, documentation standards
• Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• B2+/C1 English with strong client-facing communication
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Slack, Notion, Jira

• Upsell/account growth: spotting opportunities, proposing next steps, shaping follow-up scope (discovery/phase 2/maintenance)
• Solid technical delivery understanding (APIs, integrations, architecture basics) to talk to devs
• Portfolio reporting (health, capacity, priorities, risks, dependencies)
• Experience implementing/improving PM standards/processes
• Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, Notion
