Profile: AI Project Manager

Role description:

Collaborate with our clients in the business and organizational transformation journey related to AI development and implementation, actively becoming a trusted advisor in PM subject matters for both clients and EY colleagues. 

You will provide consultation and recommendations based on client’s requirement and develop relationships with team members across all EY practises to serve client needs. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that client’s requirement, budget and milestones for projects are met.

  • Salary: up to 165 zł/h + VAT 

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:
  • A higher education degree preferably in business, technology, science or engineering. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within distributed multicultural environments including hand-on experience on AI-related projects. 
  • Experience driving AI transformation programs. 
  • Understanding of Agentic AI developments frameworks, methodologies, protocols and Agent to agent interoperability. 
  • Excellent English language skills in written and spoken. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS project, MS Share Point, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, other project management tools. 
  • One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Change management. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 20%).
Nice to have:
  • Further European language. 
  • Experience in working at consulting companies. 
  • Experience in change management or business analysis. 
  • Six Sigma or/and Business Analysis certification.
