Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Data Mastering project. You’ll play a key role in translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting data mapping and migration, and collaborating closely with both business and IT teams. This project is part of a broader initiative to strengthen our data management and governance framework.

What will you do

  • Gather, document and clarify business requirements through workshops, interviews and other discovery methods
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories and specifications for IT development teams
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers and Scrum Masters to align deliverables with the wider strategy
  • Work with Solution Architects and IT partners to support technical analysis and solution design
  • Contribute to the design phase by turning business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Support testing activities, verifying outcomes and tracking issues
  • Ensure smooth delivery throughout the full project lifecycle - from requirement gathering to deployment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior management across different markets and business lines
  • Participate in the Change Management practice, sharing insights and helping shape the BA community and learning culture

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, data-focused projects
  • Strong understanding of data management, data migration and data governance principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and collaborate effectively with IT teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum delivery environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to have
  • Experience with customer data platforms or master data management (MDM)
  • Background in banking, financial services, or large enterprise projects
  • Knowledge of data quality and data lineage tools
