We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to create Automation Strategy involving Robot Framework, Tosca, Selenium, X-Ray and GitHub. 

This person would be responsible for the Automation Strategy, managing a team of automation testers primarily based out of India and would need to travel sometimes to Client Location in Prague (the frequency of travel is not yet known, and costs will be covered by the client).

The Software Quality Engineering Strategist will serve as a visionary leader and hands-on expert responsible for defining and driving a state-of-the-art quality testing framework specifically tailored for research and data analytics platforms within pharma IT. 

This role champions innovation, strategic quality planning, and implementation to ensure software integrity, compliance, and reproducibility in complex data-driven environments. 

• Location: Remote + equipment pick up in Warsaw or Wrocław 
• Employment: B2B contract with apreel 
• Rate: up to 165 PLN / h + VAT 

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and execution of a scalable quality assurance framework focused on research and data analytics applications in pharma. 
• Provide strategic leadership by setting the quality vision, roadmap, and best practices aligned with pharma regulatory requirements and data integrity principles. 
• Innovate and pilot new testing approaches, automation frameworks, and tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and reproducibility. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams, data scientists, software engineers, and regulatory specialists to integrate quality controls seamlessly into all lifecycle stages. 
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics, continuously assessing risk and quality levels to guide improvements. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive experience in strategic quality engineering roles within pharma IT, research, or healthcare data analytics environments. 
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence teams and drive organizational quality culture. 
• Deep expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, software lifecycle management. 
• Hands-on technical acumen with automation tools such as RobotFramework, Tosca, Selenium, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
