We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join our dynamic Portfolio and Accountability Management team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior management and Change & Transformation Leads by delivery of accurate, timely and insightful analysis and reporting on the performance of a project portfolio.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, build and manage reporting solutions, requiring the manipulation and analysis of large datasets using advanced Excel techniques including pivot tables, Power Query and complex Excel formulae to meet existing and new reporting requirements focusing on project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process automation and improvements.
  • Deliver administrative support and management for tools such as Clarity and SharePoint.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and reporting cycles, using standard tooling and project management best practice.
  • Assist with resource management, financial tracking and project planning activities as required.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Skills:
  • Advanced data analysis experience. You must have expert knowledge of Excel including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formules to produce portfolio / programme performance analysis and dashboards.
  • Good understanding of Portfolio / Project Management frameworks and methodologies e.g. Waterfall / Agile and associated best practice techniques with demonstrable experience in a PMO Analyst or similar role.
  • Very good knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity PPM, MS Project or equivalent for the creation of projects and provision of basic support to users.
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills. You will interact with Change & Transformation Leads, Programme Mangers and senior stakeholders with ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in English.
