• 3+ years proven experience in IT security, compliance, or a related field
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory frameworks
• Knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools and security monitoring platforms
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Smartling is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Information Security Compliance Analyst to oversee and enhance the organization's security compliance programs.

• Support internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR).
• Write, review, and structure security and compliance policies.
• Respond to RFPs and questionnaires from customers and auditors.
• Join auditor/customer calls.
• Provide AWS/Linux-related security input (basic technical understanding expected).
